I Have a Passion for Journalism
Growing up like any other kid, I asked a million questions. But my curiosity didn't stop when I became older. It only intensified. What drives my passion for journalism is the need to discover the truth and why something happens. I need to know the truth and this what drives a great journalist. So my question for you is...what's next?

My Story Begins...

My passion for television and reporting developed my senior year of high school when I transferred to the morning announcements homeroom. My passion solidified even further after my 'music video recreation assignment' of Ne-Yo's 'Miss Independent'. I was eventually contacted by MTV for use of the video.

New People, Places, and Connections

I love to travel and have been all over the world including Paris, Rome, Turks & Caicos, and my favorite city in the world, London. I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing culture different than my own. Getting to know other people and giving them a platform to tell their stories is a blessing and I'm so thankful I get to live out my dream everyday.

Fun Fact

I was the top fundraiser on my team 'Sigma Kappa' for the last two years in a row for the State College Walk to End Alzheimer's. To date, I have raised over $3,000 to help find a cure in honor of my Grandmother who is diagnosed with the disease.
